Kristin is a deeply attentive bodyworker; dedicated to creating a safe and regulating space where your nervous system can settle and your body can begin to heal.
Her massage style is deeply intuitive and rooted in skillful touch, blending the flowing strokes of Lomilomi with focused techniques drawn from Thai and medical therapeutic traditions. She works with forearms, elbows, and deeply attuned pressure...tailored to your needs, whether you’re seeking deep relief from injury, or gentle restoration through a Vagus Nerve reset.
Supportive tools like cupping, gua sha, and infrared light therapy may be used to enhance circulation, reduce pain, and support the body’s natural healing process.​ Also included in her practice is Chi Nei Tsang: a subtle abdominal work that supports gut health, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. Her sessions often include sound healing, and guided reflection: creating a space where the body, mind, and spirit can be restored to its natural state of balance.
