As a lifelong student of "the way things work", I've always been fascinated by the body's natural ability to heal when given the right support.  My passion for natural living and natural healing led me to massage therapy, where I enjoy helping people find that support while uncovering the patterns that may be contributing to pain.

My work combines attentive listening, therapeutic skill, and thoughtful problem solving, rooted in an understanding of body mechanics.  I'm also deeply attuned to my environment, so I've carefully curated an atmosphere where the body just exhales the moment you step through the door.. 

 

My faith in Christ is at the heart of how I serve.  It shapes the way I care for others and informs my belief that every person deserves compassionate, attentive care.
