Finding Support for Care
Here, you'll find information about different ways I may be able to help you access insurance coverage or other benefits for your care.

Out-of-
network
Insurance
I am not currently in network with other insurance providers.
If your plan includes out-of-network massage benefits (you can call your insurance company to verify), I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan.
If you will be requesting a superbill, please let me know before your appointment.

Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance
If you are seeking treatment related to a motor vehicle accident, I may be able to bill your motor vehicle insurance claim directly for your sessions.
Before scheduling, please email me with your accident claim information, including:
-
Date of accident
-
Insurance company name
-
Claim number
-
Adjuster’s name and phone number (if available)
Once I receive your information, I can look into your coverage and help guide you through the next steps.
Other ways to Pay
FSA & HSA
Many clients are able to use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to pay for massage therapy and wellness services. Coverage and eligibility can vary depending on your plan, so I recommend checking with your provider for details regarding reimbursement or qualifying services. ✨
Memberships
Memberships are a simple way to save on regular care while giving yourself a little extra accountability to stay consistent with your well-being. When you sign up, your membership is billed immediately and your credit becomes available right away. Your membership will renew on that same date each month. Appointments may be booked at any time, but monthly membership credits may only be used for appointments scheduled after that month’s renewal date. If life gets busy, your unused credit will roll over for up to two months. You may pause or cancel your membership anytime by emailing me directly.
